What are the conference dates?
ICMC 2025 starts on Thursday, July 31, 2025, and concludes on Sunday, August 3, 2025.
Where is the conference located?
ICMC 2025 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County (11999 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA).
Will I receive a conference T-shirt?
Yes, all paid attendees will receive a conference T-shirt. During your online registration, you will be asked for your T-shirt size, which you will receive when you check into the conference.
Changes in sizes during your check-in may not be accommodated based on supply.
Is ICMC connected to the LA Jubilee Conference?
While ICMC 2025 is happening at the same time as the LA Jubilee Conference, it is a separate event at a different location. Visit the LA Jubilee website to learn more about that conference.
We will join the LA Jubilee Conference attendees for a combined Sunday Service at the Anaheim Convention Center on August 3, 2025.

Is there a parking fee for attendees who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes. A discounted parking fee of $16 per day per car is available for both hotel guests and daily visitors.
Hotel Guests have in/out privileges for parking using their hotel room key.
Daily Visitors do not have in/out privileges for parking and pay $16 each time they exit the parking lot.
Validation stations will be available outside the Grand Ballroom. Parking tickets MUST be validated to receive the discounted parking rate.
