What are the conference dates?
ICMC 2025 starts on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and concludes on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
Where is the conference located?
ICMC 2026 will be held at the Baird Conference Center 400 Wisconsin Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53203
Will I receive a conference T-shirt?
Yes, all paid attendees will receive a conference T-shirt. During your online registration, you will be asked for your T-shirt size, which you will receive when you check into the conference.
Changes in sizes during your check-in may not be accommodated based on supply.

• 2:00 PM - Ministry Staff Training
• 7:00 PM - Main Session #1
Friday (July 31, 2026)
• 9:30 AM - Breakout Session #1
• 11:00 AM - Breakout Session #2
• 7:00 PM - Main Session #2
Saturday (Aug 1, 2026)
• 9:30 AM - Men's Main Session
• 9:30 AM - Women's Breakouts
• 11:00 AM - Women's Main Session
• 11:15 AM - Men's Regional Session
• 7:00 PM - Main Session #3
Sunday (Aug 2, 2023)
• 10:30 AM - Sunday Service

Is there a parking fee for attendees who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes. A parking fee of $35 per day per car is available for both hotel guests and daily visitors.
• Hotel Guests have in/out privileges for parking using their hotel room key.
• Daily Visitors do not have in/out privileges for parking and pay $16 each time they exit the parking lot.
